Tilex Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Gift Card” refers to the prepaid card issued by Tilex.
• “Tilex” refers to the company responsible for issuing the Gift Card.
• “Holder” refers to the individual possessing and using the Gift Card.

2. Usage Restrictions

• The Gift Card is valid only for purchases directly from Tilex
• Each Holder may use only one Gift Card per transaction.
• Only one Gift Card can be used per postal address for a single transaction
• Purchases made with the Gift Card are non-refundable.
• Unauthorized use or abuse of the Gift Card may result in its cancellation and legal action.

3. Limitations and Prohibitions

• Tilex is not liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
• The Gift Card cannot be transferred, resold, or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• The Gift Card balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Combining multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction is not allowed.
• The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase items already discounted or on at a sale price.

4. Modification and Governing Law

• Tilex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• The governing law for any disputes related to the Gift Card is the Republic of Ireland.
