Gift Card/Voucher Policy

Tilex Gift Card/Voucher  Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• “Gift Card”/“Vouchers” refers to the prepaid card/vouchers issued by Tilex.
• “Tilex” refers to the company responsible for issuing the Gift Card/Voucher.
• “Holder” refers to the individual possessing and using the Gift Card/Voucher.

2. Usage Restrictions

• The Gift Card/Voucher is valid only for purchases directly from Tilex
• Each Holder may use only one Gift Card/Voucher  per transaction.
• Only one Gift Card/Voucher can be used per postal address for a single transaction
• Purchases made with the Gift Card/Voucher  are non-refundable.
• Unauthorized use or abuse of the Gift Card/Voucher  may result in its cancellation and legal action.

3. Limitations and Prohibitions

• Tilex is not liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards/Vouchers.
• The Gift Card/Voucher cannot be transferred, resold, or used to purchase other Gift Cards/Voucher.
• The Gift Card/Voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Combining multiple Gift Cards/Voucher in a single transaction is not allowed.
• The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase items already discounted or on at a sale price.

4. Modification and Governing Law

• Tilex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• The governing law for any disputes related to the Gift Card/Voucher is the Republic of Ireland.

5. Minimum Value of Purchase

• To use any gift card/voucher you must make a minimum purchase of €5000 or above.
